Unfogged VIP Membership Policy

Section 1. Membership Fees and Billing

The Unfogged VIP Membership is a recurring subscription charged at $39.99 USD every 30 days.

Your initial membership payment is collected at checkout when you purchase the Unfogged VIP Membership. Following your first payment, your selected payment method will automatically be charged $39.99 every 30 days unless you cancel your membership.

Recurring Payment Disclosure:

By completing your purchase of the Unfogged VIP Membership, you acknowledge and agree that $39.99 will be charged immediately and subsequently every 30 days until your subscription is cancelled.

An electronic billing reminder will be sent 5 to 7 days before each scheduled recurring payment. A payment receipt will also be provided following every successfully completed transaction.

Section 2. Membership Benefits

As an active Unfogged VIP Member, you may receive access to the following exclusive benefits:

• Special members-only discounts on qualifying Unfogged products

• Access to exclusive VIP products and limited-edition releases

• Priority assistance from our customer support team

• Faster order processing where available

• Advance access to selected new products and promotional offers

• Exclusive seasonal promotions reserved for members

• Access to special membership content, rewards, and additional perks when offered

Membership privileges and available benefits may be adjusted periodically. All benefits are available exclusively to members whose subscriptions are active and whose payments are up to date.

Section 3. Recurring Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Your Unfogged VIP Membership automatically renews at the end of each 30-day billing period unless you choose to cancel.

By enrolling in the membership program, you grant Unfogged authorization to automatically collect $39.99 USD from the payment method provided during checkout every 30 days.

This authorization remains in effect until your membership has been cancelled.

Section 4. Billing Reminders and Payment Confirmations

To keep you informed of upcoming membership charges, Unfogged will send an electronic reminder approximately 5 to 7 days before each recurring payment is processed.

Following each successful membership payment, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid and accessible email address to ensure they receive all billing communications and important membership notifications.

Section 5. Membership Cancellation

You are free to cancel your Unfogged VIP Membership at any time.

You can request cancellation or manage your subscription using any of the following methods:

• Sign in to your customer account at https://unfogged.co and access your subscription management settings.

• Contact our customer support team at contact@unfogged.co with the subject line "Membership Cancellation" and include the email address associated with your order.

• Use the membership cancellation page on our website, if available.

Cancellation does not require a phone call.

We aim to handle all cancellation requests as quickly as possible. To prevent your next scheduled payment from being processed, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted before your upcoming renewal date.

Section 6. What Happens After Cancellation

Once your Unfogged VIP Membership cancellation has been successfully processed, no additional recurring membership payments will be collected.

Depending on your membership status, you may continue enjoying your existing benefits until the conclusion of your current paid subscription period.

Once your membership expires, access to exclusive discounts, VIP offers, special products, and other membership-related privileges may be discontinued.

Section 7. Membership Refund Policy

Unfogged VIP Membership payments may qualify for a refund request when submitted within 14 days of the relevant billing date.

If you wish to request a refund for a membership payment, please email contact@unfogged.co within 14 days of the charge.

Your request should include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your purchase

• Your order number, if available

All membership refund requests are assessed individually. Where a refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Section 8. Changes to Membership Pricing and Benefits

Unfogged reserves the right to revise membership fees, available benefits, and program terms when necessary.

If significant modifications are made to the recurring membership price or essential subscription conditions, active members will receive advance notification by email where required by applicable law.

If you disagree with any updated membership pricing or terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes become effective.
