These Terms apply to all website visitors, customers, account holders, and individuals purchasing products or enrolling in the Unfogged VIP Membership.

By accessing our website, completing a purchase, creating a customer account, or enrolling in a membership subscription, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

One-Time Purchases and Optional Recurring Memberships

Products purchased through Unfogged are available as one-time purchases unless a customer separately chooses a subscription or membership option.

Purchasing a product as a one-time transaction does not automatically establish a recurring payment arrangement.

Recurring charges apply only when a customer knowingly and affirmatively selects the Unfogged VIP Membership or another subscription offer and agrees to its disclosed billing terms.

Membership enrollment must be an active customer choice and must not be preselected automatically.

A standard one-time product purchase does not independently authorize Unfogged to collect ongoing membership charges.

Recurring payments are applicable only where a customer separately selects and agrees to the Unfogged VIP Membership or another clearly disclosed recurring subscription arrangement.

The applicable price, billing frequency, and subscription conditions will be presented before the customer confirms enrollment.

7. Unfogged VIP Membership and Recurring Payments

The Unfogged VIP Membership is an optional subscription program offering qualifying customers access to exclusive membership benefits.

Membership is billed at $39.99 USD every 30 days.

Your first membership payment is collected immediately at checkout when you enroll in the program.

Recurring Billing Disclosure:

By purchasing the Unfogged VIP Membership, you agree to an initial charge of $39.99 USD at the time of purchase, followed by automatic recurring charges of $39.99 USD every 30 days until you cancel.

An electronic billing notification will be delivered approximately 5 to 7 days before each scheduled recurring transaction. An electronic receipt will also be provided following every successfully processed membership payment.

By enrolling, you expressly authorize SLK Ventures LLC, operating as Unfogged, and its authorized payment processing partners to charge the payment method supplied during checkout for the recurring subscription amount.

This authorization remains valid until the membership is cancelled.

Membership Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment in the Unfogged VIP Membership requires an affirmative selection by the customer.

The membership must not be automatically preselected, and customers must be given the opportunity to review and accept the recurring billing terms before completing enrollment.

Purchasing a standard product without selecting the membership does not create a recurring subscription.

8. Membership Cancellation

Customers may cancel their Unfogged VIP Membership at any time.

To cancel or manage your subscription, you may:

  • Use the designated membership cancellation page on our website, if available

A telephone call is not required to cancel your membership.

We recommend submitting your cancellation request before your upcoming renewal date to prevent additional recurring payments.

After cancellation has been successfully processed, no further membership renewal charges will be collected.

Any remaining membership benefits and applicable refund eligibility are governed by our Unfogged VIP Membership Policy and Refund Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All eligible product returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our published Refund and Return Policy.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions outlined in that policy.

Both opened and unopened products may qualify for a return within the applicable return period, provided they meet the stated return conditions.
